Available from 3.5 to 7.2 tonnes GVW, Bevan’s Luton range is built using high-quality, lightweight materials to create a light and durable product.
Manufactured from ultra-lightweight panels with a moulded fibreglass front and captive extrusions, our Luton bodies are designed to improve airflow and reduce wind resistance.
We also offer Luton low loader bodies, featuring an ‘easy entry’ loading height of just 410mm to make access quicker and more convenient. Built bespoke to end user requirements, our low loaders deliver a minimum payload of 1,300kg, with twin rear axles available where required. We can also increase rear ground clearance while maintaining a low loading height.

*Eight-year warranty covers all elements of the manufacturing build process, including body and sub-frames. It also extends to trucks and vans built for specialised applications, such as Impact Protection Vehicles. Extended warranty is also available on many ancillary items.
