Bevan Group was founded as Bevan Motor Bodies in 1976, offering commercial body building services to meet the increasing demand for heavy goods distribution vehicle bodies. Manufacturing remains at the heart of our business, and today we are the leading supplier of commercial vehicle bodies in the UK.
With 120,000 square feet of capacity across five production facilities in the West Midlands and Merseyside, we build over 60 vehicle bodies a week. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation and longevity and are proud to offer an industry-leading warranty* of eight years on all Bevan Motor Bodies built products.
We supply vehicle bodies for a range of different industries, from distribution networks to builders’ merchants and traffic management operators, working closely with our customers to develop bespoke solutions that are suitable for the requirements of the end user.
Bevan Group are approved partners for 18 commercial vehicle manufacturers. We can build on any chassis, depending on customer requirements. The commercial vehicle bodies we offer include:
Graphics Depot, Bevan Group’s in-house graphics department, specialise in bringing commercial vehicle fleets to life with bespoke graphics and livery.
Our services include vehicle livery design, manufacture and installation; fleet vehicle livery; digitally printed curtains; curtain replacement service; and full nationwide livery management.
In addition to the above services, Graphics Depot offer a complete livery package. This is available to all commercial vehicle operators, whether you have a single van or a regional or national fleet. This service includes:

- Conspicuity tape
- Legal stickers
- Chapter 8
- Accident livery repair
We’re proud to manage all elements of the design, printing, cutting and installation process in-house. We use the latest large format printing technologies and high-quality materials to deliver impactful, durable graphics that are fully waterproof and resilient to wear and tear.
Part of the Bevan Group family since 2017, A&R Vehicle Services are one of the UK’s largest fleet commercial vehicle repair and refurbishment specialists.
Since the 1980s, A&R have offered total vehicle repair and refurbishment solutions for all types of commercial vehicles – from light vans, HGVs, articulated lorries and trailers to transporters, fuel tankers, coaches and plant equipment. Their six-acre facility in Darlaston operates 25 workshop bays, including three commercial low bake paint booths and a state-of-the-art shot blast facility.
