We were proud to partner with Bevan Group in the delivery of Asahi’s first all-electric brewery distribution vehicle in 2024 – a milestone in our sustainability journey. We worked closely with the team to refine the specification and develop various innovations, such as a bespoke load restraint system and enhancements to the access / egress points, to ensure suitability for urban deliveries. Bevan’s collaborative approach, support and passion were invaluable in the delivery of the project. The fully-electric dray, and the standard distribution vehicles that were subsequently delivered, have proven excellent additions to our fleet.

Bevan build a wide range of vehicles on behalf of our end users – including curtainsiders, box bodies, dropsiders, crane vehicles and more. We partnered with Bevan because they have the experience and expertise to deliver the variety of bodies that our diverse customer base demands. We’ve built a strong, highly collaborative relationship and we work closely together, along with our customers, to develop solutions that meet current needs and challenges. Regular communication between our teams enables Bevan to truly understand our business and ever-evolving requirements. Our business has an association with Bevan Group that dates back almost 20 years and during this period we’ve built a brilliant working relationship; the team at Bevan go above and beyond to maintain a positive and productive partnership for all parties. Bevan’s industry knowledge is second-to-none and over the years various innovations have been introduced that have significantly improved the way that we distribute our product. The quality and longevity of the builds are excellent, and we’re very proud of our fleet.

Bevan Group’s collaborative approach, coupled with their continuous focus on build improvement and innovation, has had a hugely positive impact on our business. We’ve worked closely with the Bevan team to develop and improve our long-standing original specification and since the builds went into service, they have been faultless. We’ve had 7.5t beavertails, electric chassis beavertails and fencing vehicles, and all have been extremely high-quality builds.
